I presume you wanted the high voltage Colloidal Silver generator. According to that website they seem to only sell them to people who are experienced with dealing with high voltage supplies. Maybe they do not think you have the required experience.

It does not seem to be a good way to run a business, relying on gmail as the only method of contact.
