Hey Kingston, I tried the tea several times while on the Master-Cleanse and did not like the effects either. So I stopped! The point is that if you see that you get good results with the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the mornings, then you dont really need to do the tea. I did just that and I lost a pound a day. Good luck!
