How do I "open up my elimination routes"? I read something linked by grizz saying starting on a high dose of Iodine can help power through detox effects, and seeing that it finally gave me energy after months of struggling to work, I decided to go through with it. I lowered the dose of iodine, and now I'm going to stop taking it for a bit. I'm already feeling better than I did in the OP. I don't know how my liver is, but I do poop once or twice a day.
