That is goiter your thyroid is swelling a symptom from both hypo and hyperthyroidism because of to much iodine


i would advice you to reäd this blog post from someone , taking large doses of Iodine can make you hypo and hyper , temporary relief is not a cure . I was hyperthyroid all my life and thoughti was cured by low carb diet only to become severe hypotyroid after 6 months
