I was supprised when I had to get out of bed last night with terrible stomach cramps. I did take a laxative tea but I was surprised with the quick results... so I guess that is what is suppose to happen, but I didn't like it.

I didn't drink the tea again this morning b/c of what happened last night. Should I? I was afraid b/c I need to run errands today and the tea seems to work pretty quickly.

I have been doing a colon cleanser about 2 times a week and also had a colonics last week.... so I'm interested to see how this is going to work.

I have about 30 more pounds to lose so I'm just hoping this is going to help me along the way a bit.
