Can anyone guide me. I have IBS C and I am not able to handle Formula 2 by Dr Richard Schulz. Is there anyway I can take that by mixing it with other herbs or something like that. I really want to take this product to see It can heal my IBS C. I think charcoal seems very harsh and hard for my colon. Is anyone feel hurting with Formula 2?
