I have tried melatonin but it does not work for me. The combo I take now helps with my sleep yes. I tried GABA in the morning before but it made my exhausted by about noon and I luckly was not working that day so I was able to sleep so now I can only take it at night. I will look into Mo.
could you explain the sulfation of the liver.. a bit more I’m lost on that
