All of your symptoms prove that you are deficient in iodine.

Iodine deficiency also causes additional problems in women, such as fibrocystic breast disease, ovary problems & uterus problems. Iodine is also required by our immune systems to kill cancer cells. It is the Iodine deficiency to your ovaries that upset the balance in your female hormones.

Start with 1 drop of 5% Lugols once per week with 200yg of selenium and slowly increase dosage to 1 time per day. Over a 6 month period, you should be taking 2 drops daily (12mg) for optimal female health. Men also need Iodine to prevent prostate problems.
