Hi there! You may want to start by reading the FAQs and the reccommended posts (you can find links at the top of the page). I think you'll find that doing pretty much anything but The Master Cleanse on The Master Cleanse is not really reccommended.

One of the ideas is to turn off the digestive system, so I wouldn't really put anything esle down the hatch. =)
