Yes, I do work out but at home. Working out did boost my confidence a little and it helps with my Depression too.

You're right, my lips don't look that bad and nobody would even notice that there's something wrong with my lips unless I tell them. It's just that I have to pretend that everything's alright with my lips and I'm really f***ing tired of pretending.
I can't tell other people the truth about my lips because
1. They won't understand
2. It's too difficult to explain and I just don't have the energy
3. It's embarrassing.

Anyway, thanks for the talk. If I can't get my lips better or worse then I probably have no choice but to accept it and move on with my life even if it's not the ideal life I wanted. It is what it is. There are people out there with far worse conditions. I should be more grateful.
