Lets assume your ec is triggered by some allergy.

What could you be allergic to ?

What were the most common EC triggers for people who actually cured EC ?

Do you use any toothpaste ? if yes, stop! Use just salty water!

Do you eat wheat or gluten in general ? Stop

Milk ? Stop with that too.


How about those 3 things for a good start ??

Will it work for you?

Not if you have a cat at home and the cat is your trigger.
Not if you have dental braces in your mouth, and braces are your trigger.

Do you have a cat at home ? Dog ?
Dental braces ?


Do you eat Sugar ? Sugar is next on the list !
