I woke up with a slight sore throat. It seems to be clearing. I did have my two chicory tonics, my supplements, and my ADHD med. I'm getting ready to drink my two daily herbal teas for reproductive health. I do not have any dental health treatments planned for today.

I will be roasting a chicken in the crock pot for my family, which will minimize my contact with food. Handling a raw chicken will certainly not be appetizing.
