As a matter of fact, Colon cleaner does help. After a colon cleanse, go to this professional person ( I forget her title)but she books up this vacuum-like machine to your butt (she has water, hydrogen peroxide pulling all the fecal and nasty stuff out of your intestines. Afterwards, take probiotic about 50-60 billion, daily. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Boil your meats like chicken, for beef you can bake them. Drink only purified water. Take caster oil tablespoon daily, for 3 days see what happen. Take cod liver oil for one week. When I did this it help me so much....among other things I was taking.
