I keep almost eating. It's crazy how it's such an automatic, almost mindless practice for me. Luckily, I've managed to remember that I'm fasting each time. I'm not too terribly physically hungry right now, but the mental hunger has already set in. I'm at work right now, so I'm occupied. It will be a challenge to go home and make dinner for my family.
