i think it would be good to finally do this hope it helps me because i know my minerals are messed up and tired of guessing

im very curious about pottasium and calcium levels because those are two i have not messed with only mag
curious of what mercury will show,and copper zinc....and selenium and chromium i get zero in my diet lol i already know my sodium is the best

the way my hands can cramp up so easily i suspect pottasium ,i have one silver filling but dont know if i will be high mercury, i also have a botttom permamant retainer isnt that toxic too lol....
