Absolutely correct, and not always easy to do. My wife shrank her ovarian tumor by over 60% with a 10 day water fast, and kept it down for some months, but we have had a very hard time sticking to a really healthy Diet since July and she hasn't had it re-measured lately but feels it is definitely growing back. We did a couple more fasts that were 7-8 days and a couple that were 3-4 days last year, and one in March, but once you fall off the wagon and include ANY significant amount or frequency of eating junky foods like we have been doing (chips, sugar, candy, non dairy ice cream), you are going to lose the benefits. We also have not been able to get enough sleep, sleep is essential I think. Don't let yourself fall into thinking you can just fast and then go back to the things that probably contributed to the cysts. GOOD LUCK! Let us know how you do.
