Hi all! I'm on day 4 of my 30 day water fast. Feeling pretty fantastic. I haven't had too many detox symptoms, but there is one I would like to discuss. I'm suffering from insomnia and nights are pretty miserable. When I do fall asleep I wake up sopping wet. So gross! Anyway, I'm wondering if it's too harmful at this point to take Benadryl? My doctor had me taking that prior to my fast for my sleepless nights and it worked great. I can continue to go without if need be, but it would be nice to sleep well. Anyone have any advice? Thank you!!
