I wonder if you succeeded, I see this was from 7 years ago now. My wife has an ovarian tumor and thickening of the uterine wall plus a few cysts. She did not want surgery so she (and I, to help her) did a 10-day fast in Feb. 2017. She had the tumor and other things measured with an ultrasound the day before we began the fast. Two days after it ended, she asked her gyn for another ultrasound. The gyn said, "No way, it could not possible have changed in just two weeks!" My wife was very distressed by this so I suggested, let's see if the oncologist will do the ultrasound. And she agreed.

We found that in 14 days, the tumor had shrunk from 466 cubic centimeters to 190 cc. It went down by 60%!!! In mid-April we wanted to do another fast, hoped to do another 10 days, and she had it measured again. It was continuing to shrink. The benefits of the fast continued after the fast. It went down another 13% from where it was after the fast.

Unfortunately, we did NOT have the ability to fast more than 3 days this time. We just could tell our reserves were too depleted. We were fairly good with our diet all through summer and then tried another fast in Sept. of 8 days. She had the tumor measured again. This time, it was back up slightly in size to where it had been right after the first fast. The benefits that had brought it down to where it was in April were not retained. She was rather upset so we tried another fast in Nov. (during Thanksgiving!) for 3-4 days, I can't remember if it was 4 or 3. And another one in Dec. that was longer, I think 7, maybe 8.
In March we did another longer one, 8 days. We seem to have a hard time going past that most of the time, when I look back and think about it. Today we happen to be on the 8th day of our only fast since March with the exception of 8 days in Sept, which did not feel like it did much for our health because we had gone "off the wagon" and were eating too much junk food since mid-July. Candy, chips, and other such crap. Not too much dairy this time but some.

Well, she has resisted getting it measured again and was feeling it definitely was getting worse lately, for over a month. She was having bleeding as she had right before we did the first fast and several other times, but she feels it is not necessarily a bad thing for this to happen, that it seems to be helping to clean out the affected organs and components and helping to get the tumor down. I am not entirely sure I feel comfortable with that when the bleeding goes more than a short time. Usually not large amounts of blood, and some are very clotty so she may be entirely right.

Based on our experiences, I think if you CAN do a longer fast and want to and have the determination to, you probably should. It seemed like only the 10 day fast really changed things. But the 8 day fasts definitely also helped for awhile, at least, to keep things from getting much worse. My wife is normally only 107 lbs and she is 5'3, so it's hard for her to go too long fasting or she gets into what feels like a danger zone. I would recommend contacting the True North Clinic in California, Dr. Alan Goldhamer, and to go do the fast there if you possibly can, under his supervision. And if you are still here at curezone, PLEASE post a reply and let us know how you are doing!
