You're welcome. Regarding the brand, I can't say what the best is, and I don't want to look like I'm an online marketer for some brand. I think whatever multivitamin that has a 100% daily value of Iodine and 100% or over in Selenium is good enough. I really hope you take my advice and just try it for a week or two. Just go to the nearest pharmacy and find a brand with the aforementioned specification, and then tell us the progress. I guarantee you will see improvements within a week or two.
