I’m not so sure I agree with age being a factor, as I am only 27. I was a very happy 27 year old at that. I now have a whole host of problems, miserable. I unfortunately can not afford to not work, but very well may have to leave my job as a teacher because it is a high stress job. I do appreciate everyone’s opinions and idea s to help. I think I’m going to stick with Susie on this one. Any recommendations for insomnia ? Haven’t slept in two days. I’m eating an extremely healthy diet, getting acupuncture, and going to the gym. I thought for sure I would pass out, but not a wink :-(
