Alright, I'm interested, how long would you say your detox process has taken thus far, and could you give me an idea of your eating habits and tell me how you feel after eating? Do you feel invigorated and full, or lethargic, perhaps with a sense of pulsation in your face or other body parts? Do you make 100% sure you are getting enough of ALL the essential micronutrients (including Iodine) and electrolytes? I'm sorry if I'm underestimating the breadth of your knowledge, because you seem pretty informed.
