Yes, that's quite possible, but my problem at the moment and Chewy's who started this thread is stagnant lymph. Taking high doses of Iodine without getting lymph flow working properly is insane. Some people like me are born with an inherited load which shows up as a lot of stagnation through childhood, tonsils etc, and progresses to deeper issues through life. High Iodine in my situation would have been a really stupid thing to do. I have worked on lymph flow for years and I hoped it had improved but even the 3mg proved too much. I have to be really careful to control how much toxicity I am releasing now or I will be back in bed for 3 months again. Iodine is not a miracle cure for every situation, I wish it was.
