As you are finding its both a gift and a curse.
You're a natural empath.
From your post it seems you need to learn how to recognise your emotions as opposed to others.
Breathe in, and notice the direction of the energy. If its coming from out to within its theirs, within to without is yours, in the chest and usually light its true and good, in the guts its false and not good.
You seem to have a natural gift for knowing, so try to tie this in with your body. X
