Yes, that is all logical and makes sense, but it does not explain how I was able to take 3mg of Iodine for 4 months and feel absolutely great, then get hit by a detox with all of the classic symptoms which has persisted for nearly a year even though I stopped the 3mg of Iodine in february and only recently started taking 1mg again which hasn't made me feel any different. According to Grizz, taking a low slow dose would avoid this, and according to everyone else on here it seems, the detox should stop when you're not taking it? You can see my confusion.
