Hi,

I just completed a 23 days of Water Fasting which ended last Thursday, November 23, 2017.

Supposedly I was going to do a 28 days of fasting, but due to having more frequent "blackout" moments I have decided that I might need to end it early.

Before I ended my fast, I still have some rashes on my face and chest, which appeared during my water fasting. Moreover, I was having that strong bad taste in my mouth and was salivating quite alot.

During the first day of breaking my water fasting, I only drank 8oz of fruit and vegetable juice mix with water (50/50) every 4 hours, a total of 3 glasses of 8oz fruit and vegetable juice and the rest are water.

And on the second day, today, I am currently drinking 100% 12oz fruit and vegetable juice for every 4 hours and also have added some Himalayan Crystal Salt on my water for drinking.

The bad taste already somewhat subsided today, but I still salivate alot. (sometimes liquid/ sometimes foamy)

My question is, is it normal that I still salivate alot and even actually more after breaking the fast?
