Hey Susie, just looking for someone to talk to. I’m feeling really hopeless, lost and depresssed. So depressed. My life flipped upside down within a month. I have IBS according to my doctor. She prescribed me diahreea medication and anxiety meds. I’m not sure I should take either. If this is just detox, i would like to let my body naturally do that. I am now 100 pounds. My usual weight is 125. My mom wants me to go to ER again, but I really don’t think they can help me. I am just wondering how long it took for you to see some relief? I was thinking of adding Bentonite clay to baths as another way to help my body detox, but I am so scared to create any kind of reaction in my angry body. I’m starting to think maybe the Iodine triggered some sort of autoimmune condition. I just don’t know!!! What kind of diet do you think would best help my body during this time? I hate to lose any more weight, but willing to do absolutely anything to feel better. Thanks for any advice!
