As long as I take my med & insulin correctly and follow my food plan it continues to get under controll faster. If I feel it's still too high in early after noon I do it again. and by the next morning it's between 70-120. It lowered my son-in-law's sugar, also, from 310 down to 159 overnight. I have not tried controlling it with only applecider vinegar, but I've been tempted too. When my health is better, in other areas> If controll is still needed, I might try.
