I had the same issues and turns out I have whipples disease you might want to look into it and consider being tested for it. It makes you barely able to eat you lose weight very quickly because your body is absorbing the nutrients from the food that you're eating. I have crazy bowel sounds all the time because of it. I also get undigested food in my stool. Which is a major sign that the food isn't being absorbed through your small intestine. The stomach pain can be really horrible at times. Do you have full body arthritic pain too?
