Just one thing to say about learning about fasting from the books of Herbert Shelton .

Herbert Shelton has most of his experience with people of pre- Antibiotics and pre-artificial hormones era.
Those people have had many health problems, but those problems were rarely caused by Antibiotics or by artificial hormones or by dozens of vaccines.

Because of that, those people react differently to fasting than people who 3rd generation living on Antibiotics or on artificial hormones (steroids, p-pill, hormonal spiral etc).

In other words, those of you who have a history of use of antibiotics and artificial hormones, are more likely to experience difficulties during your water fast, in comparison to people who's ancestors were never exposed to antibiotics or artificial hormones and who themselves were never or almost never exposed to antibiotics or artificial hormones.

In other words, modern generations will experience more problems, more symptoms during Water Fasting thanks to liver damage and microbiom damage caused by medications and damage to the glands caused by hormones.

Some of those symptoms can be prevented by Liver Flushing and by taking water eneama during the first days of the fast or any time you have any negative symptom, and that is usually during the first 5 - 10 days.

In other words, you can learn a lot by reading books of Herbert Shelton , but read also experiences of modern people, you will learn a lot.
