Dear Archus,

Thank you for your response. By the time I got it I had already decided to break the fast. I am now on day two of Watermelon only. I think with patience, the WFPBNO diet will bring my blood pressure down as long as I am compliant.

I had an appointment with my rheumatologist yesterday and got a full blood scan after my ten day fast. I will see if my thyroid function has improved. The Baker's cyst behind my knee has completely dissolved as well as a ganglion cyst in my finger and there is very little inflammation in my joints. I will post you the results.

It is frightening to give up all meds cold. I really could not find much support in this regard most likely because everyone recommended dying a prolonged Fast under medical supervision. I am on a farmI decided to go it alone.
