First of all, you have chosen a path to heal yourself, body and mind. All you need is have faith in that process. Body is designed to heal itself when left alone and given time. That means no drugs, supplements and any enervating practices, which will harm more than help.

We don’t get sick overnight and don’t heal overnight. You will have to endure the pain and all symptoms of detox.

I am glad to hear that you have been a vegan for past few years, and a good thing that you know that processed junk did not help you.

If you do decide to stop fasting for any reason, know that there is always another time. After you complete this fast, brake your fast properly. Refers for at least same number of days as your fast and then cleanse your colon, kidneys and do a liver flush.

For your thyroid issue read Dr. Brownstien’s book on Iodine. Please go to forum Iodine supplementation or VWT and take Lugol’s iodine, of course after the fast.

You will heal, but you have to work hard.
