good for you! as for me i am back to my normal eating, vegetarian w/very rarely (small amount) if organic, cheese. just had a couple of handlfuls of organic hemp plus granola & am now having some red seedless grapes mmmm! oh & a couple of hours ago i had some fresh squeezed o.j. :) how is your husband doing w/your new way of eating? i'm sure he misses his icecream partner!!!
