Hi MH! Yes, that is the doctor I was asking about. I will look him up online. I speak French, so I will find it very interesting to read some of his work.

I am a 37 year old woman, 5 foot 7, about 170 pounds. So yes, I definitely have extra weight that can come off during the OJ fast. I'm not sure if I can lose 50 pounds, as I do have a larger frame (big hands + feet, etc), but I would say for sure 35-40. I believe it will change my life and I am looking forward to it.
