Hi,

have you ever used topical steroids, or any other steroids in your life ?

Have you ever used any antidepressants in your life ?


I have a theory about your experience. You are not alone. Others reported similar experience.

There is a saying:
"Feelings Buried Alive Never Die" it is actually a name of a book.


It is good to get those "Stored" emotions out from your liver and from your system.



Your only problem is that with gradual liver cleanse, you are going to most likely re-absorb some of that bile back into your body. (bile is a stored emotions, so you are re-absorbing stored emotions). Emotions of fear, depression, anger, resentment etc are stored in your liver and in your bile.



Our intestines actually recycle some of the bile that has been excreted from our liver and gallbladder.
One of the reasons why Epsom Salts are taken during the Liver Flush is exactly that, to prevent that re-absorption of bad bile.
When you take Epsom Salts during a normal liver flush, it causes diarrhea in majority of people, and that diarrhea prevents re-absorption of bile and other digestive juices that have been dumped into the intestines.

Enema taken after the Liver Flush have similar effect.

So, maybe you should try full Liver Flush and see how it goes .

Or, you should at least take one or several glasses with Epsom Salts while doing your standard cleanse with just one tbsp of olive oil and see if you get a different result.



Also, make sure that your olive oil is of the best quality, like Organic Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil , as olive oil quality can affect the quality of your liver flush.

There is a lot of fake olive oil on the market these days. As olive oil is several times more expensive than some other cheap oils like canola, by mixing the olive oil with cheap oils, producers can earn a lot of money .

One way to chose oil is to choose one produced by some small farm, that has its name on the bottle.


Often, small family run businesses would not risk their name or their reputation for a few dollars more.
