Does the water have fluoride in it? Because for some people it causes issues, and fluoride effects the thyroid it is really bad stuff.

IF the place your living has water damage it may have mold . Get the air checked by an expert an industrial hygienist because they are the expert and test properly. The test must be done correctly especially for aspergillus, black mold etc.. is something that can cause very devastating health effect, but it starts with skin issues, dizziness, crazy stinging itching,
sinus issues, dry eyes it progresses and I will not write the rest of the symptoms because it is too scary You can look it up
