Hello.
First of all thank you to those who actively reply to others questions.y'all are amazing.

I'm taking a journey to a 30 day water only fast. I'm a 24 year old uni student.

I'm on day 8. I've never made it past 3 days before so I'm proud.I even noticed a small burn I had from cooking disappeared already so I'm so excited.

Except that I am EXTREMELY tired!!!! Like I slept 12 hours straight the other day and I keep naping.I can't so my homework or study without feeling like I need to sleep.
When I walk to class, I feel a little winded.
And I've also been feeling nausea when I increase my water intake. I almost feel like I need to expell waste, but when I go to the toilet - nothing.
Plus my tounge was really white on day 6, but it reduced already.
My breathe isn't bad but I'm emitting a smell that's hard to get rid of even when I shower and I can especially smell it when I pee.
Should I just call it quits and try again later.
While I do want to reap the health benefits and hopefully get rid of my stretch marks for good. I saw this as an opportunity to get close to God and even that I feel I'm failing in.

Also I've been just drinking filtered water and nothing else. Should I change to Smartwater? I hear it has electrolytes. Should I also use Pink Himalayan salt? I'm so confused there's so much info out there thay I ignored it all and began, with what I had.
P.s. my greatest fear is death, but I figured if so many people can why can't I?
