Place stones or beans on the floor and walk on it until you can not take any more pain.
Suffer as much as you can. It is better that your soles of your feet suffer, than it happens to the whole body.

Vomiting (pinkish color) sounds like bile, your liver is cleansing and dumping bile into a duodenum, but intestines do not want toxic bile, so it is pushed up int your stomach, causing the worse nausea and vomiting.

This could (may) have been prevented by Liver Flushing prior to water fasting.
