lets take yougurt evry time i take (its dont hapen when i try kefir dont know why but kefir is completly diff reaction better sleep ,better emotions ,better digeston ) from shop with 1tbsp of flax seed after 2-3 hours i get symptoms wich are bad to my.

same thing i get when try to fast i heard that fast can promote candida dont know but whenever i try fast symptoms get back.
im just so desprated cuz i think im not even close of realy die off and all im expircning from past few months is only flare up and im not improving and get even worst and get new symptoms ,
