Hello!

Upon seeing a Naturopath for my daughter's severe eczema potentially caused from my breast milk, they did an IGG allergy test on me. I was told to do an Elimination Diet and avoid all foods flagged on my list.

Is the idea that these foods flagged are to be avoided forever. Or can your body heal from them. Or do these allergies only exist because of leaky gut, therefore once your gut is healed, so should the intolerances?
