You're welcome. I had undiagnosed hashimotos since childhood, all the signs were there. But I felt well, and the issues I did have through my life that were signs were not too extreme so I didn't take much notice. It's only when you try to follow a protocol like this it bites you on the ass, take care and let me know how you get on.
