Would you say that the allergic reaction with enlarged fordyce spots caused EC lips. Do you think the fordyce spots play a major role in EC?

I remember my top lips healed when I didn't take a shower for about a week (due to skin allergy testing). I couldn't figure out why my lip healed. Maybe it was for the reason you discuss.
