I hadn't heard of apple cider vinegar cleanse. I have tried taking ACV and don't tolerate it at all. I have been trying to Colon Cleanse for years. Not sure the best way. Have tried psyllium, clay, charcoal, etc. but some people say these things just gum up and get stuck in the colon possibly making things worse?
