There is very simple remedy for hypothyroid, start taking iodine. Go to Iodine supplementation forum and learn about taking Iodine and its co-supplements. I am glad you are eating plant based foods. That should help you with your health conditions.

Medications for thyroid are only making you feel good not helping your thyroid. Idorol is the only one that may help. But just start iodine. Also check out Dr. David Brownstein’s books on Hypothyroid.
