I'd like to do a long fast, but I figured I would just take it day by day.
Although Dr's tell me I'm healthy, I don't feel healthy.
I have been eating badly and drinking too much wine, for about 2 1/2 yrs.
I just want to stop the cycle and change my life for good.
I go to a naturopathic Dr lately and everyone in their office are glowing, looking so healthy, that used to be me, and I want it to be me again. great info on the 3% you mentioned, so I should be good to go.
