I hope that your fast has been going well. I would suggest reading as much as you can on the topic of fasting prior to doing a longer fast. Dr. Jason Fung is an excellent source of information on the topic of fasting. He has a website called intensive dietary management with a blog that if you really delve into, you will find everything that you need to know about fasting. Good luck.
