Hello,

I too am interested in doing an extended fast. I have been doing daily 23+ hour fasts for several months, intermixed with the occasional 48-72 hour fast. How long a fast are you considering? Or would it be an open ended thing. I just joined the site today and really am interested in getting and providing support for a long term fast, and discussing the information that I have learned about fasting. I will be interested to here what you would like to do in this fast.
