Yes, they have me on a diet. The herb combination I primarily take is a combination of Bhumyamalaki and Turmeric but even drinking lemon water causes the same issues. I've also checked my levels. They can be as high as 180 2 hours after eating and as low as 70 in the morning. Also have some discomfort in my gallbladder area from time to time.
