Hey everyone! I'm looking to start a 20 day fast tomorrow, and I would love to find someone who is also fasting so that we can encourage each other along the way! I did a 2-day fast last week, and meant to start this fast on Thursday evening, but after 48 hours I had a terrible headache and gave in yesterday. I have had all clean foods for the past 24 hours and my headache is gone, so I'm ready to try again! I would love to lose around 45 pounds (I'm currently 181lbs, 5'10" female), so this fast will be a nice kick-start to my weight loss! Any helpful tips or suggestions are welcome--I'm a college student, so I can't take off of school for that long, even though it would be best to take the time to completely chill, but I would love to make the best of this time!
