Can anyone help explain the causation between a liver detox and blood Sugar swings? I've read it could be because your liver is now releasing more enzymes,etc. and the pancreas isn't used to it.

I started taking a liver detox supplement through an Ayurvedic doctor and started having huge blood Sugar swings (both low and high). I stopped the detox and switched to lemon water and I still have issues if I have 2-3 glasses per day.

Energy overall is much better but I feel terrible when I dip or get too high.
