That sounds like a really full on way to clear your sinuses and I would imagine it would work well with most people...

If you want to simplify the treatment,, put one activated drop of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement into a sinus spray bottle with distilled water and use a couple of times a day.. No stinging and it also sends anti bacterial gasses to the lungs for two hours after application.
